Coordinator jobs in government organizations mostly refer to project coordinator jobs are a good way to grow into civil service. The jobs usually involves coordinating activities and personnel in carrying out projects which can be technical or in aiding the local population, such as helping the residents of a low-income neighborhood build a recreational center or a similar project. Many project coordinators are promoted from within and they usually have at least an undergraduate degree, with people in technical fields having the relevant education and professional qualifications.
