This vacancy is for the Leilehua Golf Course, located in Wahiawa, HI. The golf course is an 18-hole golf course nestled between Wheeler Army Airfield and Mililani Tech Park. With a sweeping view of the mountains, the course offers a driving range, practice facility, pro shop and full-service restaurant and snack bar, located in Wahiawa, HI.

Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary and maintains related cash records.
Sets up food service counters and steam tables with hot and cold foods and beverages.
Portions out food, cleans and prepares meats and seafood for cooking. Checks food during cooking to prevent overcooking.
Serves food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
Clean floors, walls and windows in kitchen, dining and storage areas.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
A one year probationary period may be required
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-15j(1).
Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
1. Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
2. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
3. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
4. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages.
Highly Qualified Criteria
1. Must possess six (6) months of food preparation experience
2. Must possess six (6) months of Customer Service experience
3. Must possess six (6) months of cash handling experience
NOTE : To be evaluated as a highly preferred candidate, your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the highly qualified criteria above. Candidates will be ranked against the highly qualified criteria. Only the most highly qualified candidates will be initially referred. If management does not select a highly qualified candidate, they may request and additional referral list.
