This position is located at Regular Full Time.

All Highly Preferred applicants will be referred to management first.


Minimum of 6 months in Industrial Production Printing.

Experience in ordering paper supplies, price comparison and inventorying.

Knowledge in 4 color process and PMS color printing.

Knowledge in Adobe PRO 10 and Microsoft.

Manage and provide support services for DFMWR and outside agencies under the supervisions of the Marketing Manager. Determines and coordinates print program specification, objectives, printing and distribution schedules.

Cost estimates on a variety of complex black and white and four-color projects of a repetitive and non-repetitive nature on production high speed copiers. Produce technical and detailed materials using a variety of printing/ computer porgrams.

Reviews and evaluates ordering trends and histories. Maintain inventory on a variety of specialty printing materials and machine supplies. Repair and troubleshoots the production machines and computer.

Contract and oversee lease-purchase agreements for production high speed copiers. Maintain and distribute US government controlled, sensitive and non controlled forms. Develop and maintain standard operational procedures for production equipment.

Stay abreast of state-of-the-art and evolving digital and conventional offset printing related technologies. Analyses adequacy and efficiency of operations. Train personnel on use of complex equipment.

Performs shipping and receiving duties, maintaining an IMPAC credit card account. Responsible for over 70 accounts receivables. Develop and track reports.

Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty

Duties are performed both indoors with adequate heat/air and light and outdoors in extreme heat and cold.

Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and on occasion some heavier lifting is required. Safety equipment is to be used and regulations are to be adhered to when working around chemicals, inks and equipment.

Must maintain current valid driver?s license. Satisfactory completion of all required pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, to include a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). A health assessment is also required.


1. In-depth knowledge of printing processes and equipment is required.

2. Knowledge of printed materials associated with general marketing, advertising and merchandising is also required.

3. Must be able to read, speak and understand English to assure written or verbal instructions, manuals, specifications, etc. are properly followed.

4. Must have experience in Microsoft Office. Also, may be required to drive a motor vehicle.
