Serves as the Management and Program Analyst to the Anchorage ACO Branch Manager in the Compliance & Airworthiness Division. The Management and Program Analyst develops workload and metric reports for the ACO Branch Manager, monitors and ensures the accuracy of project data in the AIR Work Tracking System (WTS). Serves as the focal point for the AIR Quality Management System (QMS) and AVS Staffing Tool and Reporting System (ASTARS) to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Works independently to generate deliverables from solicited input, both technical and non-technical from subject matter experts. Typical assignments may include: tracking and analyzing data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; identifies analyzes work activities that typically support and may be vital to the success of projects or activities.
Occasional travel - The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis. The travel may be for training or other work-related duties.

To qualify for this position at the FV-H level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes, but is not limited to interpreting and following policy, gathering and maintaining data ensuring criteria are met and verifying compliance with established regulations. Such experience may have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative or other responsible work as long as it provided evidence of the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) necessary to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
Education substitute: 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
