Reclamation is seeking an entry-level professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on his/her expertise as an Administrative Support Assistant (OA). You can make a difference in the West by assisting in meeting increasing water demands while protecting the environment.

-Provides correspondence support to the Rapid City Office. Includes mail routing and processing and maintaining mailing lists, correspondence preparation, scheduling, tracking, document reproduction, etc.

-Schedules appointments and makes travel arrangements for the employees.

-Acts as the timekeeper for the Dakotas Area Office.

-Orders and purchases supplies and equipment and enters requisition data; maintains central files, the library and photos; files and payment of appropriate bills; meeting minutes.

-Assists with administrative support to the Bismarck and/or Pierre office as directed to distribute workloads.

Occasional travel - Occasional travel of up to 1-2 nights may be required for this position.

You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
