: The employee hired for this position will serve with the Region 2 Division of Biological Sciences in Winnie, TX.

include, but are not limited to:

Work with the Senior Zone Biologist to implement wildlife inventory and habitat monitoring procedures that are applicable to national wildlife refuges and ecosystems.

Plan and execute wildlife and habitat surveys and data collection in support of an integrated Refuge biological and inventory and monitoring program.

Input biological data into Excel, Word, and GIS databases.

Identify characteristics of native and non-native plants, waterfowl, water birds, and other species.
