Responsibilities

As a IT Project Manager, you will:

Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously that may cut across functional and organizational lines.

Work with customers and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Identify and analyze customer’s information systems requirements and environments.

Prepare and present status reports and briefings to CTS and/or IOD management and customers on project progress, timelines, resources, and deliverables.; Prepare and present progress reports via predefined project report templates.

Coordinate and manage resources, project timelines, and deliverables following the IOD standard project life cycle process.

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes serving as an IT Project Manager with responsibility for managing projects in an Enterprise environment that includes network infrastructure and Server implementations for a large, diverse, and geographically dispersed Information Technology organization.

In addition to meeting specialized experience, applicants must also show proficiency in 1) attention to detail, 2) customer service, 3) oral communication, and 4) problem solving.
