Amyx, Inc. is seeking to hire a Senior Planning Analyst for Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) planning cell to be located at Reston.Responsibilities and Daily TasksThe C-sUAS Senior Planning Analyst’s primary job responsibilities will include:\t\tPrinciple in charge of the weekly Joint C-sUAS weekly meeting (pre, during, post meeting production requirements)\t\t\tParticipate in Joint & Internal C-sUAS Weekly Synch SVTCs\t\t\tAssist in production of the Joint C-sUAS weekly minutes\t\t\tParticipate in Pre-PBAC / PBAC meetings\t\t\tParticipate in Director Stand ups\t\t\tTrack and generate slides/briefs on JIDOs C-sUAS initiatives\t\t\tOutreach/coordinating relationships\t\t\tOther duties as assigned by TPOC or government supervisor\t\t\tSupport to time sensitive deadlines and emergent requirements\tSupported Technologies:\t\tMicrosoft Office Suite\t\t\tTableau (Desired)\t\t\tGoogle Earth (Desired)\t\t\tSharePoint\tDesired Skills and Qualifications:\t\tExperience with Military Decision Making Process\t\t\tExperience Deployed to Hostile Fire/Combat Zones\t\t\tExperience in Ground Combat Operations\t\t\tExperience in building and briefing analytical products and familiarity with the intelligence cycle planning.\t\t\tUnderstanding of asymmetric warfare and terrorist Tactics, techniques, and procedures.\t\t\tAlternate duties include assisting CUAS Team Support, specifically but not limited to: Operations Advisor, Information Integrator, Technology Integrator, Budget Analyst, or as directed to support the JIDO mission\t\t\tAssist JIDO in the management of a rapid and agile threat-based acquisition program with the ability to anticipate and understand gaps then assist DoD in identify and delivery of rapid CUAS solutions.\t\t\tAssist JIDO to initiate, accelerate, draft, and deliver urgent (between zero and two years) counter-improvised threat solutions as requested by the CCMDs.\t\t\tPrevious working experience with US military, ISR aviation based platforms.\t\t\tWorking knowledge of optical and digital observation devices.\t\t\tBasic understanding of flight profiles for various UAS systems.\t\t\tKnowledge on how to program and manage autonomous systems.\t\t\tMaintain an awareness of current scientific developments within the national and international technical communities for counter-UAS, to include identifying top scientis

Job Requirements
\tExcellent writing, oral communication, and organizational skills.\t\tPrevious Military Experience (to include deployment to Hostile Fire/Combat Zones)\t\t\tPossess C-UAS experience (Identification, mitigation, analysis)\t\t\tMust have proven social and interpersonal skills to coordinate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals who are both technical and non-technical to keep everyone on task and progressing forward also ensure the team maintains a positive and collaborative relationship with external stakeholders\t\t\tMust be able to operate with minimal guidance\t\t\tMust be able to travel between Reston (Primary Duty Location), Crystal City, Pentagon and DTRA\t\t\tMust be able to conduct TDY both CONUS and OCONUS in support of the mission\t\t\tExcellent written and oral communication skills.\t\t\tMinimum of 10 years’ experience developing and presenting complex information to senior Government officials.\t\t\tMastery in the use of personal computers with extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications required.\t\t\tKnowledge of terrorist groups and terrorist tactics and procedures is a plus\t\t\tMust have the knowledge and skills to manage multiple projects, keep track of and identify new task or adjust existing task and expectations as the project evolves\t\t\tAbility to perform detailed work with little guidance and to interact in a positive manner with other government and industry personnel\t
