The Division of State Patrol in the Bureau of Field Operations is seeking a talented individual to provide a wide variety of program support for the Region Commander, Executive Officers and first line supervisors in the North Central Region.
This position is headquartered at the State Patrol North Central Region Headquarters located at 2805 Martin Avenue, Wausau, WI.

Produce material relating to personnel matters. Compile information and statistics. Authorize payment for goods and services. Respond to Open Records requests. Produce complex documents including memorandums, narratives of arrest and incident reports, program evaluations, letters and issue papers from rough draft. Initiate surveys and compile data relative to enforcement activities and special programs.

A qualified applicant will have experience using MS Excel (or similar) to enter and track data, experience using MS Word (or similar) to develop and edit documents, and experience providing customer service (i.e. answering questions, resolving issues, explaining policies, etc.)
In addition, a well-qualified candidate will have experience providing administrative assistance in a professional environment, experience using discretion with sensitive and/or confidential communications and situations in a professional environment, or experience using MS Excel (or similar) to create reports and analyze data.
