This position is part of the Pennsylvania Field Office (PAFO) . As a Fish and Wildlife Administrator you will be responsible for providing leadership and management oversight to the office's budget, personnel, strategic planning, general administration, and integrity of all PAFO activities. Serving as the lead representative for Ecological Services matters in Pennsylvania and working to develop and maintain strong partnerships with a variety of diverse interest groups to further the Service's conservation mission.

Responsibilities

As a Fish and Wildlife Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Serving as project leader for the office, exercising line and management responsibilities over the programs and activities of Ecological Services; including endangered species, habitat restoration, and federal activities

Formulating office strategies/policies/procedures and standards

Developing, justifying, and tracking office budget

Providing executive leadership in managing complex natural resources issues, projects and policy implementation

Overseeing the full range of human resources responsibilities for the office employees

Travel Required

Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
