Profile

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Operations Department of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR.

A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 10.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.,educationRequirements:This job does not have an education qualification requirement.,employmentType:FULL_TIME,hiringOrganization:Naval Supply Systems Command,jobLocation:[{@type:Place,address:{@type:PostalAddress,addressLocality:Pearl Harbor,addressRegion:HI }}],responsibilities:,qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector having a mastery knowledge of Joint Operational Logistics principles, strategies, missions and procedures in order to develop Major Theater War Plans and/or contingencies plans. Specialized experience includes (1) Utilizing support methods and procedures required to meet the needs of the sea, air, and land lines of communications; (2) Identifying transportation requirements to support, coordinate and control movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies; 3) Extensive analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods in order to assess and improve logistics planning processes and crisis action plans; 4) Expert knowledge of sea operations relating to rapid deployment of logistics personnel, naval forces, and transferring material at sea.
