Military Planner, Mid-level WR (Government) Robins AFB
Leads and acts as a full participant in Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) and/or Operational Planning Groups/Teams (OPG/OPT) developing and integrating cyber capabilities into plans, and in support of Combatant Commander planning efforts.
Coordinate cyberspace operations planning activities through Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) to include Evaluation Request and Response Messages.
Provide advanced technical expertise for planning methodologies and applications in all phases of military operations.
Provide analytical expertise and expert knowledge of operational design, Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP), and Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX).
Review, establish, or update joint operation planning in support of combat and contingency operations.
Coordinate the development of cyberspace operations plans, contingency plans, concepts of operations, and orders.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience as a Joint Operation Planner and a working knowledge of the JOPP and APEX.
Knowledge of or prior experience with the CYBERCOM and/or 24 AF architecture.
Able to coordinate the development of cyberspace operations plans, contingency plans, concepts of operations, and orders.
Must have solid communications skills.

Extensive knowledge and experience using NSANet, JWICS, SIPRNet, and/or NIPRNet.
Active problem-solving skills, enthusiastic learning, understanding of new technologies and techniques and apply this information to current and future projects.
Critical thinking, and logic skills to outline the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions; systematically selecting the optimum solutions for the give problem.
Ability to think conceptually and strategically and learn quickly; critical thinker, analyst, and active listener.
Ability to collaborate with counterparts in other organizations and at senior levels.
Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team, and multi-task by working on several projects simultaneously.
Required Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible and willing to take a counter espionage polygraph if required.
