The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA) is recruiting for a Corporate Purchasing Card Administrator. The CPC Administrator is responsible for establishing, directing, enforcing, and coordinating activities of the corporate purchasing card program as well as managing adjustments and changes to cardholder limits.  The CPC Administrator will coordinate the issuance, suspension, and termination of all cards, develop and implement training for all new users and provide updated information on a regular basis for the CPC program. This position will direct and manage the reconciliation of all statements with the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) and US Bank, and direct the auditing of all CPC purchases using Level 3 Reporting to ensure compliance with the current policy. 

The CPC Administrator will conduct monthly audits on the CPC purchases for fraudulent activity or questionable purchases and coordinate findings with the MDOT MTA Executive Staff and the Comptroller's Office. The position is also responsible for directing and managing monthly agency certification notification to the Comptroller acknowledging all CPC transactions shown on the monthly bank statements and posted in RSTARS for the cycle are in compliance with the current policy.

This position is located in Baltimore City, Maryland.
  Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  Five (5) years of experience in administrative or professional work.  One (1) year of this experience must have involved one or more of the following:  the supervision of other employees, overseeing and coordinating the general operations of a unit, applying rules and regulations, or exercising responsibility for the development of policies or procedures.  *Two years of this experience must have included managing and/or
coordinating credit card transactions in a finance or related setting.
*This statement contains a Selective Qualification which is more focused in scope than the minimum qualifications for this classification. Selective Qualifications are utilized when the position requires specific or bona-fide occupational qualifications (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities).
1.  Additional experience as described above may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.

2.  Additional graduate level education at an accredited college or university may be substituted at the rate of 30 semester credit hours on a year-for-year basis for the required general experience.
3.  Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience involving staff work related to the administration of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and processes, or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant on a year-for-year basis for the required education and experience.
