With its combination of art galleries, distinctive shops and fine dining experiences in a historically significant setting, the San Antonio River Walk, also known as the Paseo del Rio, comprises a network of walkways on the banks of the San Antonio River. Responsibilities

Coordinate such logistical functions as supply management, transportation, logistics automation, and resources in achieving efficient and effective logistical support to the Brigade.

Serve as the Brigade Automotive Maintenance Officer.

Provide guidance and technical input to subordinate operating elements.

Prepare maintenance policies for automotive equipment and systems utilized within the Brigade.

Develop and establish internal maintenance capabilities for Commercial, Off-the-Shelf, Non-Developmental Item (COTS-NDI) equipment introduced into the brigade inventory.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Querying automated systems such as; Global Combat Support Systems-Army (GCSS Army) to obtain data for logistical analysis and reporting; providing advice or assistance on logistical support policies, or procedures; managing the receipt, inventory, or storage of equipment and/or supplies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
