As a Supervisory Management Analyst you will:
Responsible for the formulation and execution of the VBA annual payroll.
Advises VBA senior leadership on affordability of staffing levels directs and manages the development and presentation of staffing level alternatives and options within budgetary constraints to ensure VBA does not exceed fiscal authorities.
Directs, manages, and leads in organizing and conducting management power studies and single point studies of organizational efficiency and productivity and recommends changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures.
Interprets and promulgates policies and doctrinal regulations related to management functions, programs, and methodologies such as organization study, management study, efficiency, review and requirements determination.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-14) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves experience in managing and directing activities involving manpower and payroll budget other guidelines. Experience with statistical analysis and evaluation of workload and staffing needs for business lines and experience with planning, analyzing and determining cost/benefit relationships.
There is no educational substitution for the GS-15 level.

Applicants who are/were current federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements. For a GS-15 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-14 level.
