Opening for a Cost Accounting/Inventory Manager
with a food manufacturing client in Norfolk, NE. Candidates must have experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
3-5 years previous experience in general/cost accounting, financial analysis, and inventory management in manufacturing environment.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Knowledge of computer software, business systems, and their applications.
Responsible for the accounting for inventory movements including issuance of purchase orders, receipt of inventory, daily production reporting, work order preparation, and review of work orders including yield analysis.
Oversight of inventory at 2 offsite warehouses.
Oversight of all balances to ensure accuracy, completeness and existence of all balances.
Ability to assist on logistics issues working in liaison with the corporate procurement team.
Supervision of Office Assistants and potentially warehouse staff.
