Provide technical support and research to assist engineers, architects, construction superintendents and surveyors.
Essential Job Duties
Create construction drawings and documents that meet engineer/architect specifications.
Provide research, information, and technical support concerning environmental compliance, existing surveys of topo and infrastructure, calculation of quantities, and standards.
Collaborate on large projects; attend meetings & site visits, perform peer reviews, and properly file and catalog documents.
Generate high quality presentation documents and videos to be used in meetings, social media or news sites to convey a conceptual plan for an area improvement.
Maintain files, work area and equipment.
Help others with general office questions, programs, and equipment.

Education and Experience
Associate's Degree in Design and Drafting, or related field.
One (1) year of experience in drafting design.
Must maintain a valid, current driver's license.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to prepare graphic illustrations and cartographic drawings.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees.
Knowledge to interpret aerial imagery, digital terrain models, floor plans, HVAC layouts and electrical diagrams.
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
Excellent customer service, as well as, oral and written communication skills.
Basic ArcMap abilities.
Ability to stay current on changes/updates to programs.
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk software products, including Civil 3D and Revit
Work is performed in a standard office environment.
Remain in a stationary position 70% or more of the time.
Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
Frequently communicate and exchange accurate information.
Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less.
Regularly lift up to 5 pounds, correctly lift up to 20 pounds.
Concentrated attention is required at all times.
Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
