As a Administrative Officer at the GS-0341-11 some of your typical work assignments may include:

Serves as Chief, Management Support Office in the Primary School at Fort Campbell

Plans, manages, directs, and coordinates budget formulation, analysis, and execution

Manages manpower support for the school

Administers the student registration, student attendance, academic records maintenance, tuition status, and other related processes

Performs property management and accountability and central purchases of equipment, as well as central forms and supply management

Manages the provision of other management analysis services to include space management, management controls reviews and studies, quality and productivity improvement, facilities maintenance and repair, and support agreement programs

You must have one year Specialized Experience equivalent to the GS-09 in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private/military sector) giving the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position. Experience must be reflected in your resume.

Specialized experience required for the position:

Manages school's budget, include budget estimates and the execution of the annual budget

Manages manpower support for school operations

Administers the student registration, student attendance, academic records maintenance, tuition status, and other student processes

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.


Substitution of education may be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related
