TheFRB St. Louis Treasury Division is seeking an experienced Production Support Senior Business Analyst to fill a newposition to support the intragovernmental (IGT) program. This program support two applications calledGovernment Invoicing (G-Invoicing) and Intra-governmental Payments andCollections (IPAC). G-Invoicing provides support for IGT buy\/sell activitiesand IPAC facilitates the transfer of funds between Federal ProgramAgencies. We are seeking an individualwith experience in application development, technical support and exceptionalcustomer service skills. Responsibilities Buildand maintain productive working relationships with peers at the U.S. Treasuryand other Federal Reserve System stakeholders Workwith Treasury and project team members to plan, analyze, develop, test andmonitor operations of applications supporting this business line Communicateand provide cross training to other CBAF, Agency Outreach (AIT) and TreasurySupport Center (TSC) team members. Attainextensive knowledge of the applications and infrastructure to coordinate andlead change and deployment processes along with driving effectivetroubleshooting efforts Abilityto create and manage request, incident and change tickets (Remedy) Participatein daily procedures to monitor all application environments and effectivelymanage all issues through the problem resolution process Participatein migration planning activities including application and environment upgrades Provideoutstanding customer support via phone, email and in person Escalateto management any issues, concerns, delays and changes to planned productionimplementations or changes Establish,revise and proactively make recommendations to project documentation includinguser guides, status reports, work flow diagrams, monitoring, standard operatingprocedures and other project management artifacts to ensure compliance withFederal Reserve System and\/or U.S. Treasury requirements Assistwith yearly exercises and maintenance of Incident Response, ApplicationContingency and Business Continuity plans and procedures. Ensurea strong controls and risk management focus Provideon-call production support and ability to manage and drive effective issueresolution Bewilling and available to support a 24\/7 on call rotation schedule (approx.every 5 weeks) and after hours supportas needed Qualifications Bachelor\u2019sdegree in accounting, computer science, finance or business administration, orrelated major or commensurate experience 3 years\u2019 experience in supporting applications as a Business Analyst, ProductionSupport or related role Abilityto interact professionally and communicate clearly, both verbally and inwriting, with U.S. Treasury, financial institutions and Federal Reserve Bankpartners to obtain information, respond to inquiries, analyze documentation andresolve issues Demonstratedstrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and the abilityto manage numerous projects and work processes Abilityto carry out assignments with minimal supervision as well as work effectivelyas a part of a team Demonstratedstrong customer service skills in providing information to all levels of theorganization and customers Abilityto comprehend, communicate and apply U.S. Treasury and Reserve Bank policiesand procedures Knowledgeof software development lifecycle (SDLC), support processes utilized tomaintain a production environment and the ability to coordinate technicalactivities between application development and infrastructure engineers Experiencetroubleshooting file transfer connectivity (Connect:Direct, SFTP) XML etc.preferred Familiarwith infrastructure support (web, middleware, database, networking, security) Experienceand some level of proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, JIRA, Remedy,Subversion, SQL Developer Knowledgeof database architecture and ability to execute SQL queries (script writing aplus) Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower job grade and\/or salary Travel(10%) Positionrequires US Citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of USresidency Rankedas a Top Workplace, the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis is committed tobuilding an inclusive workplace, where employees\u2019 diversity\u2014in age, gender,race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression,disability, as well as cultural traditions, religion, life experiences,education and socioeconomic backgrounds\u2014are recognized as a strength.
