The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Candidates should have an advanced degree in psychology, public administration, human resources, or a related field, with experience in statistics. Two or more years of experience in a professional environment translating theory into practice preferred.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a team-based organization.
Intuition of how people learn and change, along with an interest in how people are motivated and how they think.
Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, sustain a fast pace, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and strategies.
Proactive communicator with strong writing skills.
