Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal services. Experience for this position includes working on projects teams that involve planning, creating, testing, and deploying information systems using the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience applying project management techniques as risk management, work breakdown structure, MS Project, cost control and, PMBOK to large-scale, complex projects. Experience analyzing and resolving problems and evaluating alternative means of satisfying user requirements. Experience ensuring software and systems functionality and quality; ensuring extensive application of security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the delivery of application software services.

4.
