Summary

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Naval Reserve Force of COMNAVINTRESCOM. Serves as an entry/developmental management analyst or program analyst at the GG-09/Band 2 level and performs basic tasks to develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on, or enhance the effectiveness of organizational structures and procedures by recommending utilization of money, manpower, or material resources or performs analytical and evaluative tasks related to development and/or execution phases of specific program objectives and operations of an organization. The incumbent receives formal and on-the-job training.

All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1) Coordinating, evaluating, and executing existing reserve mobilization programs with the primary objective of timely filling the mobilization manpower requirements tasked to the community, ensuring compliance with current governing directives, policy, and procedural business rules; 2) Monitoring mobilization requirement database for new billet tasking and to manage accounts on various personnel and manpower databases for changes in deployment qualifications; 3) Researching references to assist with legal or administrative decisions, and making comments and recommendations for changes and modifications to mobilization-related instructions for the Command and higher headquarters.
