This position is for a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist, Position Description Number D1508000 located in the Intelligence Directorate at an Air National Guard Air Operations Group (AOG) located at 116th OSS, Robins AFB, GA.

This is a full-time, Excepted Permanent, dual status position which requires Georgia Air National Guard Membership.

As a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist ,GS-0132-13, you will:

Direct the activities of the Intelligence Collections, Analysis,Targeting, Systems and Training Readiness and Special Security Officer functions.

Ensure each function is appropriately interfacing within the Air Operations Group to instruct and certify all AOG personnel as required.

Serve as the Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) of the organization and exercises overall oversight of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs and that portion of the Defense Special Security System (DSSS) under the SIO's security cognizance.

Review for sufficiency the budgeting of fiscal and personnel resources for the intelligence function.

Assure the ANG input is developed and incorporated into the USAF or Gaining Command-sponsored workshops and conferences convened to develop and/or review the written guidance and directives pertinent to AOC operations and training.

Participate in the Gaining Command's AOC programming and planning, by developing and evaluating, as assigned, new methodologies and organizational concepts for its assigned major geographic area of responsibility.

Direct joint intelligence planners to develop scenarios, directs the flow of all intelligence data to participating National Guard and Active Duty units including Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Navy, Army and Marines.

Facilitate the design, implementation, and evaluation of intelligence collections, analysis, targeting, and dissemination methods and processes to actualize rapid exchange of intelligence information.

Oversee the group intelligence activities in System Training Exercises and Joint System Training exercises at the Air Operations Center force level.

Exercise full administrative supervisory authority and full technical oversight over subordinate full-time personnel assigned to the Group Intelligence function.

Assure the proper authority, accreditation, maintenance, operation, and manning of a Sensitive Compartment Information Facility (SCIF) are established for use in supporting the Group's mission.

Perform other duties as assigned.

General Experience: Must possess Experience which demonstrates administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evaluate and organize pertinent facts. Experience preparing clear and concise written reports.

Specialized Experience: Candidate must have 36 months specialized experience developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations. Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others. Experience collecting, evaluating and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.

Practical knowledge of industry practices and procedures and established regulations, requirements, and techniques related to the transportation program.

Broad knowledge of organizational practices and activities and skill in applying this knowledge to plan and accomplish a variety of complex work assignments, and the ability to identify, analyze and resolve transportation issues or problems.

Knowledge of financial/budgetary requirements sufficient to perform monthly reconciliation of all charges associated with the transportation program.
