This position is part of the Office of the Secretary of Interior, Office of Natural Resources Revenue, Deputy Director- ONRR, Information & Data Management, Data Display located in Lakewood, CO. NOTE: This announcement may be used to fill additional vacancies within Office of Natural Resources Revenue.

The incumbent will be responsible for innovating the Office of Natural Resource Revenue's public data and information sharing process and platforms meanwhile engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

Fosters inter- and intra-agency coordination of revenue management to build a more open, transparent, accountable DOI revenue management system.

Improves public access to, and enhances public awareness and understanding of, natural resources revenue management data and information.

Supports the maintenance and continual development of ONRR's public data website, which is the definitive source of timely and useful data about how the government manages federal energy and mineral resources, revenue, and disbursements.

As part of a team that manages the website, performs data and content updates, user research, and content design to ensure the website addresses prioritized user needs, informs policy debate and enhances public awareness.

Collaborates with analysts to furnish expert program analysis to the IDM Program Manager and executive leadership of ONRR.

Conducts policy/program analysis on royalty revenue collection, distribution, disbursement reporting intersect with the Department's goals for enhancing transparency and accountability, with a particular focus on energy/mineral resources.

Supports implementation and execution of committees formed under the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) and their subcommittees.

Ensures FACA timelines, records and other requirements are met; and anticipates the needs of the FACA committees through monitoring and assessment of their Charters, timelines, meeting summaries, and work products.

Provides administrative and logistical support to ensure successful committee and subcommittee meetings.

TIME-IN-GRADE: Current career or career-conditional employees of the Federal government, or former career or career-conditional employees, who have a break in service of less than one year, are required to meet the time-in-grade restriction of one year of Federal experience at the next lower grade, with few exceptions outlined in 5 CFR 300.603(b).
