We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist!
Are you focused on providing the highest level of service and known as a trusted, strategic and creative consultant for your hiring managers? You will work closely with the TA Team Lead and TA team to support the continuous hiring and branding strategy of the Bank. You will use your creativity to find ways to identify, source, assess and attract top talent for the organization; excel in full cycle recruitment and have the ability to make a significant contribution. You will also serve as a resource for our various divisions and partner closely with internal clients; promoting open channels of communication and responsiveness to the organization's strategic recruitment needs.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
You will own all aspects of the recruitment process from job specification through the employment offer.
Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience. Recommend candidates to business line’s management based on analysis of needs and the candidate's skills.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business line clients to develop long term recruiting strategies to meet the business goals.
Advise managers on sourcing strategies, expectations, timelines, and deliverables to create a hiring partnership that yields success with consistently positive results and credibility.
Provide timely and accurate information on the status of recruiting efforts to the TA Team Lead, HR partners and business line clients on a regular basis.
Actively participate as a team member on multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality.
Manage a high volume of open requisitions at any given time.
You will actively create and maintain candidate profiles for current and future talent needs.
Engage and build industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes and attend networking events to promote the Fed as a destination employer and increase candidate pipelines.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a successful talent acquisition/HR professional who is known as strategic, proactive and collaborative with their clients and colleagues
Proven full cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques: search engines, social media, job boards, associations, competitive intelligence and direct sourcing
Proven ability to assess talent and make recommendations to internal business clients
Solid understanding of overall business strategies and implications of HR policies, decisions and program implementation
Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring entry level through professional level individual contributors and leaders while producing quality results with a solid attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, effective interpersonal skills, and demonstrable ability to influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Solid knowledge of employment law
Excellent computer skills required including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo
Exposure working with diversity and inclusion initiatives
Prior experience working with a staffing agency or search firm
Knowledge of bank supervision & regulatory requirements
