and Risk Division/Enterprise Risk Group (ERG) is hiring a Project Coordinator. We are
seeking a motivated, creative, and dependable individual to join our group of
skilled professionals. We partner
with business areas to identify, mitigate, and manage key risks in support of the
Bank’s goals and objectives. We also
provide shared services support to the entire Technology and Risk Division.
In this role, you will have opportunities in
several diverse and varied functions.
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Responsible for providing a
comprehensive view of the Bank's key risks for management.
Business Continuity (BC): Responsible for
ensuring the Bank is prepared to effectively respond to and recover from a
broad range of business disruptions in a safe and effective manner while
continuing to perform critical business functions.
Centralized Incident Response Team (CIRT): CIRT is responsible for ensuring that
Bank management is informed of reports of suspected or actual loss or misuse of
Sensitive Information as soon as possible so that Bank management may take
appropriate action to investigate and resolve the Incident.
Policy Administration: Administration of the Bank's
policies to insure that the policies are reviewed, updated, and communicated.
Technology and Risk Shared Services: You will have the chance to be involved in division wide activities
such as our innovation program, communications, planning events to build an inclusive work
environment and data analytics.
As a Project Coordinator, you will
coordinate projects or a sub-tasks of larger projects for the Technology and
Risk Division. Examples include:
Partnering with business lines to update and test business continuity plans.Develop subject matter expertise in business continuity systems and applications.Assist senior team members and the officer on initiatives including analysis, reporting, and documentation.Coordinating events to increase risk and compliance awareness, and enhance our work environment.Conducting compliance and security access reviews.Draft project proposals and project reports, including written recommendations for management.Draft, edit, proofread and provide suggestions for written documentation produced by the team.May participate in and contribute to Division, Bank and System groups.Analyzes processes, procedures and tools and recommend/implement process improvements.Performs other duties as assigned.','!*!Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
