The Department of Children and Family Services, Juvenile Court Services is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Supervising Typist Clerk. The position is located at 201 Centre Plaza Dr. Monterey Park, CA 91754.
Essential Job Functions
The Supervising Typist Clerk will supervise a large number of employees performing general and specialized office clerical work or a smaller number of employees performing more diversified and difficult duties.
Individuals interested in applying for this position must currently hold the payroll title of Supervising Typist Clerk.
Dependable and resourceful.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, JADE, and LEADERS.
Ability to work well with all levels of staff and the public.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments.
Excellent Organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to supervise staff.
